We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3:30 pm the same day Monday to Friday. Shipping to the UK only will be FREE on orders over £50.00

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail / Royal Mail Partners
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure.
If you do not take delivery of the products, they will be passed to your local postal office you can then arrange to collect the parcel or attempt re-delivery. If you wish to send without signed on delivery we will then send your parcel 1st class recorded. ( Please leave a comment at the checkout)
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Once an order has been dispatched, you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
